Spartan Capital Group is Hiring a HR Business Partner Near Cleveland, OH
This position will be responsible for fostering a positive employee experience and building strong relationships with both internal and external partners. This position requires a focus on talent management, employee relations, and strategic HR support.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to promote a culture of trust and employee satisfaction.
- Guide managers through performance management, career development, and employee relations processes.
- Conduct objective investigations in response to internal complaints and resolve issues in compliance with company policy.
- Provide guidance to leadership on disciplinary actions to ensure fairness, consistency, and legal compliance.
- Collaborate with recruitment to identify trends affecting retention and engagement.
- Support the performance review process, ensuring quality feedback and completion.
- Assist with talent development, promotions, and succession planning.
- Participate in analyzing employee engagement surveys to identify strengths and areas for improvement.
- Support the creation of training materials and engagement action plans.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field (preferred).
- At least 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner.
- Certifications like PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP are preferred.
- Proven track record of effective communication, coaching, and leadership.
- Ability to work in a flexible, collaborative environment.
- Strong commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
